Our Founder
Our founder is Drew Vaughn. What makes our founder and DM Marketing Management Company unique, is that Drew was a lawyer for the first 12 years of his professional career. In the first two law firms where he worked, he was part of the traditional marketing strategies those firms employed. He sacrificed a lot of time to bring clients in and generate new revenue for those firms.
When he opened his own firm he wanted to ensure that he was able to dedicate more time to the study and practice of law and started to learn Digital Marketing. And after extensive trial and error, coupled with obtaining certifications in Social Media Marketing, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Search Engine Optimization, Drew started to get good at marketing his own firm. Really good.
He ultimately started building chatbots coupled with ads that made him $2,700 for every $1 he spent on advertising. (Think about that – if someone said “for every dollar you give me, I’ll give you $2,700 back,” how much of your money would you give them?) Not surprisingly, that success lead to him doubling the revenue of his firm every year for four straight years before selling his firm.
More recently, Drew has been working with Google and YouTube’s algorithms and has set a new personal best of ranking something on the first page of Google in 10 minutes.
Why Marketing Specifically for Lawyers?
Bringing in new clients is the only way law firms can exists. Traditional methods can work, but they are time consuming. Networking events, lunches, cocktail hours, coffees, and other avenues that require you to take time away from your practice, may get you a few clients, but what is the cost?
